Checking Back with Jed Warren
It has almost been a year and a half now and I wanted to share another update with you all. Since last October I have done my workouts everyday 5 days a week without missing a beat. I went through T-25 Alpha, Beta, and Extreme Gamma. I then decided I wanted to do the 8-week insanity work out and completed it as well. I started doing some Cize dance work outs.
One day, I went for a light run with a co-worker during lunch. I liked running so much I decided to see if I could run a mile in under 10 minutes. My father-in-law convinced me to sign up for the Harbor Town 5k. Less than two weeks after my first jog with my coworker, I ran my first ever 5k in 27 minutes and 4 seconds.
My wife and I just completed our scuba diving certification and will be celebrating our 20th anniversary in Cancun doing three dive trips. Life is great! I am maintaining my weight between 172-175. I calorie count from time to time to keep tabs but doing great! Thank you again.
